Join Accenture's Swedish Financial Services team leading transformational sales with our largest banking and insurance clients. You'll partner with C-suite executives where brand meets technology—AI-driven operations, strategies, core system modernization, and digital reinvention. We're looking for relationship builders with 7-10 years of consulting-led sales experience and an established network across Sweden's financial institutions.

What You'll Do
Partner with senior Client Account Leads and build trust from technical teams to Boards
Present compelling business cases to C-suite, connecting their strategic challenges to our differentiated solutions
Cultivate deep relationships across all decision-making levels in client organizations
Develop account strategies and accurately forecast pipeline opportunities
Lead the full sales cycle: origination - qualification - proposal - negotiation - contract
Identify expansion opportunities through exceptional client partnerships and delivery excellence
Based in Stockholm with occasional Nordic/European travel.
