At Tesla, our Estimators are the front-line of our Body repair centers. In this role, you will be responsible
for delivering exceptional body repair experience to our customers and internal stakeholders
(operations, sales, delivery). outstanding technical skills to work on one of the most progressive vehicle
brands in the world. Our Estimators play an integral role within the Tesla Bodyshop's and are critical to
the success of the business, acting as the link between the workshop and the market it serves.
Estimators are expected to manage a large portfolio of basic to medium complexity repairs, dealing
with all aspects from initial enquiry to final settlement.
What You'll Do-
Create repair estimates for collision-damaged Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 vehicles using internal and external platforms

Build Repair Plans in accordance with Tesla specific repair procedures
- Bill work in accordance with industry accepted market insurance standards
- Document all damages requiring repair or parts replacement with photos, before, during and after repairs

Direct technicians in disassembly to expose all potential damages upon vehicle intake

Order all replacement parts as needed

Update Customers on repair progress

Build strong relationships and communicate with insurers to manage claims, secure repair authorisations, and negotiate favourable billing terms

Finalise billing and perform vehicle handovers
- Completing all estimates using market specific estimating system (Audatex, Cabas, CCC One or DBS)

Support clients with the claims process offering advice and guidance in a bid to capture work

Facilitate customer vehicle intake setting the correct expectations
- Provide regular and concise customer updates
What You'll Bring-
Previous experience as a Estimator within a Bodyshop environment, ideally 2yrs+

Comprehensive knowledge of importance of scheduling, estimating and billing within the Body Repair Sector

Proven ability to drive workshop throughput by generating and scheduling consistent repair work, while ensuring timely and accurate final invoicing to meet business targets

A clear understanding of health & safety and good housekeeping in the automotive environment

Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully. Fluent in Swedish and English

Required to hold a valid Driver’s license
