You will assist with performance evaluations by testing games on hardware platforms. You will collect performance data using tracking tools, tabulate results and write QA bug tickets. You will help produce reports that investigate the performance state of unreleased titles.
Additionally, you will help with research, deepening the Lab's understanding of the gaming hardware market. You will assist in organizing reports, handle shipping logistics, and help with the administration of the Lab's daily operations. As the intern, you will be part of the Publishing Production team and report to the Publishing Production Manager.
Some knowledge of and hands-on experience with PC hardware
Comfortable with computer games
Good with office software, such as G-Suite or similar
Detail-oriented, organized, and patient with solving technical problems
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
You're technically minded, you like computer hardware, and you're comfortable with PC software. You have strong organizational skills and like keeping things in order — and of course, you like computer games!
Experience with OS deployment, software installation, or basic networking
Prior QA experience or familiarity with JIRA, Linux, or Mac
Familiarity with AI tool suites
Interest in areas like ray tracing or performance upscalers
