We are looking for a structured and service-minded Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team in Mölndal. This is a fixed-term position for 11 months . In this role, you will support payroll and HR administration processes, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of services to employees and managers.
As a Payroll & HR Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth delivery of payroll and HR administration services across the organization. Working in a dynamic international environment, you will support key employee processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.

You will report to the HR Services Manager Nordic & Baltics.
Manage payroll administration activities and support payroll processes
Handle various HR administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
Maintain employee data and documentation in relevant HR systems
Support managers and employees with payroll and HR-related inquiries
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve administrative processes
You are a structured and service-oriented person who enjoys working with administration, details, and delivering high-quality support. You have a proactive mindset, take ownership of your tasks, and build positive relationships through clear communication and collaboration. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, have a strong sense of accuracy, and enjoy contributing to efficient and reliable processes.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Education in payroll administration, payroll management, HR administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
An interest in payroll and HR processes and a desire to develop your expertise within these areas
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Good digital and system skills, with the ability to work effectively with various tools and processes
Good communication skills and the ability to provide professional support to employees and managers
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
