As a Traffic Specialist at Prisjakt, you'll help millions of shoppers find what they're looking for while making sure the traffic we send creates real value for our merchants and partners. You'll join our Traffic team, the group responsible for making sure the right shoppers find the right products at the right time. While you might join us with expertise in one channel, we believe the best traffic specialists are curious about how all channels work together.
Some of your days will be spent deep in optimization, others running experiments or hunting down the reason behind a sudden performance change. No two weeks look exactly the same.
Own and optimize one or more traffic channels, Find the sweet spot between scale and margin. You understand that "quality" is about creating a win-win: helping shoppers discover exactly what they need while sending merchants high-intent traffic that actually leads to a purchase.
Run structured experiments on new channels, formats and acquisition opportunities, learning quickly without jumping to conclusions.
Use data to influence decisions, reporting on metrics like ROAS and conversion rate while focusing on what actions should happen next.
Work across teams and channels to identify opportunities, whether that's sharing insights with Product, Brand Marketing or fellow traffic specialists.
Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing where wins, failures and learnings are openly discussed.
You're a doer. You like being close to the work, whether that's campaigns, dashboards, search trends, attribution models or the occasional spreadsheet that has become unexpectedly important.
You probably have experience within SEO, paid search, paid social, growth marketing or another acquisition channel, but you're not overly attached to staying in a single lane forever. You're curious about how everything fits together and enjoy understanding the bigger picture.
You know the difference between a metric that's moving and a metric that matters. When something looks off, you don't wait for instructions. You investigate, form an opinion and take action.
You've worked hands-on with at least one major traffic channel and have experience driving measurable results.
You're comfortable working with analytics tools and performance data.
You've run experiments before and have opinions about what makes a good test.
You enjoy combining analytical thinking with commercial understanding.
You communicate clearly and can explain complex findings to people who don't spend their days staring at dashboards.
Experience from e-commerce, marketplaces, affiliate businesses or comparison services is very helpful, but it's not a requirement.
