We’re looking for a Swift QA Engineer with a strong mix of hands-on testing and automation skills.
In this role, you’ll work across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch, ensuring that every feature meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and user experience.
You’ll combine manual functional testing with Swift-based automation using Apple’s frameworks such as XCTest and XCUI, while collaborating closely with development and design teams.
Perform daily functional and regression testing on iOS, macOS, watchOS, and related platforms.
Design, document, and execute test cases, plans, and strategies.
Identify, reproduce, and report bugs and usability issues with clarity and precision.
Automate manual test cases using Swift-based frameworks (XCTest / XCUI).
Track test coverage, analyze results, and communicate quality metrics effectively.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine features and improve user experience.
Maintain high attention to detail and contribute to the visual and functional polish of Apple-class experiences.
Strong knowledge of Swift programming.
Experience (or strong interest) in test automation using XCTest/XCUI.
Background in manual QA testing and structured test methodologies.
Familiarity with Unix/shell scripting and Python for test workflows.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hardware-related or device-level testing.
Knowledge of Objective-C, SwiftUI, or Apple development tools.
Familiarity with automation pipelines, test dashboards, or reporting systems.
BSc or MSc in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally within Apple’s ecosystem or other complex software environments.
