We are looking for a friendly and organized Family Manager for our family!

We are a family consisting of two adults and our two lovely boys, aged 4 and 1. To make our daily life equation add up, we are now looking for a reliable and proactive Family Manager for approximately 20 hours a week (Monday–Friday, approx. 1:00 PM–5:00 PM).
About the role:
As our Family Manager, you are the center of the home during the afternoons. You will help us maintain structure and create a calm and lovely atmosphere until we adults come home from work.
Example of what a typical afternoon might look like:
- 1:00 PM – You arrive, check in on the situation, and begin the day's tasks.
- 1:00 PM–3:00 PM – Home tasks: tidying up, folding or throwing in a load of laundry, doing minor shopping/errands if needed, and preparing dinner. Please note tasks does not inlclude deep cleaning.
- 3:00 PM/3:30 PM – On some days, you pick up the boys from preschool and do something fun with them (play in the park, crafts, or have a cozy afternoon snack) until we get home.
- Closing – Tidy up the kitchen after cooking and wrap up.
- 5:00 PM – The day is done!
