RUNA is a new casual fine dining restaurant in central Stockholm, where Nordic precision meets Peruvian soul. Our kitchen blends high-level technique with bold flavours and a warm, personal feeling.
As Line Cook / Chef de Partie, you own your section and deliver consistent, high-quality dishes during service. You work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to execute the menu and contribute to development and improvement.

Prepare, cook, and present dishes on your station to RUNA standards.
Maintain mise en place, cleanliness, and organisation on your section.
Follow recipes, cooking methods, and plating guidelines.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and temperature control in line with HACCP.
Assist with deliveries, storage, and stock rotation.
Communicate clearly with the team during service to keep a smooth flow.
Contribute ideas to menu development and process improvement.
Experience as Line Cook / Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-driven kitchen.
Solid basic techniques and an eagerness to learn new styles and flavours.
High standards for cleanliness, organisation, and consistency.
Team player with a positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
Low ego – you help others, ask for help when needed, and respect every role in the kitchen.
More interested in learning and growing with us than in having a “perfect CV”.
Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
Flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
