Primary workplace:
Waynes wants to operate responsibly – for the sake of our planet, you as an employee, and our guests. Your most important task as a barista is to offer each of our guests a personalised coffee break experience. It’s just as much about honing your coffee expertise and craftsmanship as it is about welcoming our guests with a service-minded attitude, and keeping our coffee shop spick and span.
TASKS The work is structured as follows
1. Managing espresso machine and coffee machine, working the cash register, preparing fresh food and other baked goods, clearing away/washing up and performing other customary coffee shop tasks.
2. Being familiar with the Wayne’s business concept and core values.
3. Following the recipes and product sheets (fresh food, hot and cold beverages), as well as keeping up to date about allergens and where they are found.
4. Staying updated on current and upcoming promotions.
5. Working actively with service, upselling, sales targets and current offers.
6. Being familiar with and actively working with Wayne’s loyalty programme (the app).
7. Receiving deliveries, checking the temperature of goods on arrival and checking against the delivery note.
8. Keeping the premises and the machines clean in accordance with procedures.
9. Informing SM about operational disruptions and problems.
10. Logging in and out daily in the logbook.

Pay: 109,07kr - 148,42kr per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 753 20 Uppsala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
