Health & Safety is a strategic priority for Bonava. To strengthen our group-wide H&S agenda, we are now looking for an experienced and inspiring Group Health & Safety Manager to join our headquarters team in Stockholm.
THE ROLE
As Group Health & Safety Manager, you will take a central and visible leadership role, owning Bonava's group-wide Health & Safety strategy and working closely with business unit leaders and operational teams across all our markets. You will drive common initiatives, ensure consistent governance, and build a proactive, learning-oriented safety culture throughout the organisation.
This position is based at Bonava's headquarters in Stockholm and requires regular travel across all Bonava countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Group Strategy & Development

Lead Bonava's common Health & Safety strategy and support business units in successful implementation.

Drive group-wide projects, activities and initiatives to improve H&S performance and culture.

Oversee and coordinate common annual H&S activities, including Bonava's Awareness Week.
Analytics, Systems & Reporting

Lead the development and coordination of group-wide H&S analytics, systems and reporting processes.

Ensure consistent performance monitoring, follow-up and structured reporting across all business units.
Governance & Collaboration

Coordinate the Bonava Health & Safety Council, fostering collaboration, learning and alignment across countries.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Own external reporting requirements and Bonava's group H&S standards.

Ensure high-quality incident investigations, risk management, auditing and reporting with a continuous improvement mindset.

Lead training initiatives and champion proactive safety practices across the organisation.
