The world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service is looking for a Event Project Manager to join the band in a consultant assignment. The client has transformed music listening forever when launched in 2008.
Period: Preferred start is Mid August, 12 month's contract (full-time), with a possibility of extension.
This role sits within a small, close-knit team of three and is responsible for leading campaigns, live activations, and events from concept through execution. This is a maternity leave cover with an initial duration of at least 12 months.
What You'll Be Doing:
End-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, live events, and brand activations
Driving cross-functional projects across music, podcasts, audiobooks, and other content areas
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful fan-facing experiences
Managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and execution while ensuring a high-quality experience throughout
Our client is looking to evolve the role to better reflect their ambitions around fan engagement and creating unique fan experiences, both on and off platform.
This is not a role for someone who simply maintains the status quo. We're looking for a culturally connected and proactive individual who understands the Nordic landscape and has a genuine network within music, nightlife, entertainment, and culture. Hands-on event management experience is essential, but equally important is the ability to think beyond the event itself.
The ideal candidate understands how a live moment can become social content, spark conversation, and create cultural relevance that extends far beyond the event. They are naturally curious, plugged into emerging trends, and able to identify opportunities that resonate with fans and communities.
While this is fundamentally a structured Event Project Management role, it requires strong cultural instincts and a proactive mindset. The person we're seeking will work closely with internal teams to identify and activate the moments that matter - not simply execute a pre-defined calendar. They are collaborative, comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and genuinely excited by the intersection of culture, marketing, entertainment, and fan experiences.
Market Partner is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You are welcome to our community regardless of who you are, no matter where you come from, or what you look like. We apply ongoing selection and may fill the position as soon as we find the right candidate.
