So to support our HQ in Stockholm we are looking for a IT Support specialist. Your role will be to provide the organization with internal IT support and ensure that our systems, both hardware and software, work as they should. Our IT support team will consist of two people: you and IT Operations Manager (who you will report to) based in Gothenburg. The position requires working from our office in the center of Stockholm 4 days a week.
This is what you will do
Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, phones, and peripherals
Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up accounts, configuring devices, and installing software
Support and maintain our office IT infrastructure (Wi-Fi, video conferencing tools, VPNs, etc.)
Keep documentation and processes updated to ensure knowledge sharing and improve response times
JIRA administration and automation
This is what you’re good at
Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
Knowledge of IT support tools, Windows and MacOS operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies
Familiarity with administering such services as Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, JIRA etc
Experience in providing tech support for Apple devices
Basic knowledge of writing Bash scripts
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English
