About the department
You will be part of the product area Fasteners within the Tools & Consumables division. In your role as Nordic Product Manager for Industrial Fasteners, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the product assortment across the Nordic markets. You will work closely with your team based in Gothenburg while also collaborating with specialists and key stakeholders throughout the Nordic region.
About the position
As a Product Manager for Industrial Fasteners, you will be responsible for the entire product life cycle, from new product introduction to ongoing maintenance and phase-out. You will work closely with Supply Chain on forecasting and purchasing, and with the Sustainability department to ensure that the products have the correct certifications and comply with applicable requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Driving the development of Alligo’s Industrial Fasteners assortment across the Nordic markets.
Collaborating actively with the sales organisation to develop a product assortment that meet customer requirements.
Following up assortment performance, including sales, profitability, inventory and availability.
Ensuring that products have the correct certifications and comply with applicable legislation.
Ensuring accurate supplier and item information in the ERP system.
Coordinating the product area with Alligo’s overall assortment, together with the Assortment/Category Manager and other Product Managers within Tools & Consumables.

In addition to your personal profile, you will need the following:
Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Since we are operating over the Nordic, you will also need to be proficient in English both spoken and written.
Have several years of experience in similar responsibilities within product management.
Experience in managing and following up KPIs and agreements.
Good digital skills, including the ability to work with and understand different business systems, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience from industrial products, sourcing or product management within the construction or industrial sector is considered a strong advantage.
