We believe you have:
Education
- B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, ideally within powertrain, propulsion control, combustion engines, hybrid systems, or related automotive domains.
Technical Skills
- Strong skills in model‑based development: MATLAB/Simulink, TargetLink.
- Programming experience in C and Python.
- Good understanding of control theory and real‑time embedded systems.
- Basic knowledge of mechatronics, thermodynamics, or chemistry applicable to powertrain systems.
Soft Skills
- Excellent teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Passion for technology and continuous improvement.
Meritorious / Nice to Have
- Experience with diagnostics, emission strategies, or system engineering within powertrain.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
