As a Spot Trade Sales Specialist, you will operate at the core of our secondary IT hardware business, driving revenue through fast-paced, margin-focused transactions. This is a high-ownership role for an experienced ITAD professional who thrives on sourcing opportunities, negotiating competitive deals, and closing profitable trades. You will leverage your existing network and market expertise to connect supply with demand, while using 3stepIT’s infrastructure to execute efficiently and compliantly. Success in this role comes from your ability to consistently identify value in the market, act decisively, and deliver strong gross margin performance in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment.
Negotiate buy-side pricing for servers, networking, storage, components, and end-user devices
Match inventory with qualified global buyers across enterprise, OEM, broker, and refurbishment channels
