TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.
TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Senior Photographer to join our team in Stockholm part-time, in the capacity of 50-80%. In this role you will be responsible for leading and executing elevated photography while ensuring consistent visual quality and efficient studio operations across all channels. You will report to the Studio Director and will work directly with the Creative, Styling, Art Direction, Photo Production, and Retouching Teams.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute all e-commerce and wholesale photography, including on-model and flat-lay imagery.
Develop, implement, and maintain lighting direction, studio setups, and capture consistency.
Support on retouching images during post production
Maintain studio standards, camera settings, and photography workflows across all
Guide and support the Digitech and Photo Assistant during shoots and daily studio operations.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day studio flow.
Support workflow management, file organization, and image delivery standards.
Contribute to continuous improvements in studio processes, equipment usage, and production efficiency.
Ensure all imagery aligns with TOTEME’s visual identity, quality standards, and seasonal creative direction.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
10+ years of experience within fashion, luxury, or e-commerce photography environments.
Proven experience as a Senior Photographer within a luxury or contemporary fashion brand.
Advanced knowledge of studio lighting, Capture One, and professional camera systems.
Strong understanding of product presentation, fit, silhouette, and fabric.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a part-time position based at our Stockholm Head office, with a start date by agreement.
The employment rate is expected to be approximately 50–80%, and working times are structured around recurring production periods, resulting in a schedule that varies throughout the year, with busier periods balanced by quieter intervals. Production schedules are planned in advance, allowing you to know your working periods ahead of time and plan accordingly.
The role is positioned for someone who is interested in a long-term collaboration and becoming a consistent part of the team, and prefers employment in combination with freelance work or a reduced work schedule.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
