RUNA is a new casual fine dining restaurant in central Stockholm, where Nordic precision meets Peruvian soul. Our bar follows the same philosophy, combining Nordic clarity with Latin vibrancy in cocktails and beverage pairings.
As Bar Manager, you lead the bar program and team, from cocktails and spirits to beer, sake, and non-alcoholic pairings. You are responsible for drink development, bar operations, and guest experience at the counter and in the dining room, and you will act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the Operations/Restaurant Manager is not on site.
Sommelier education or strong wine experience is highly meritorious, as you will co-own our wine program together with the Head of Service.
At RUNA, passion matters more than a perfect CV. We look for people who want to build something with us, grow in their careers, and treat the restaurant as if it were their own. We are not interested in constant staff rotation – we invest in people who want to invest in us.
We work as one team without big egos. Everyone’s voice is heard, and we expect ideas, feedback, and contributions from all colleagues. You don’t just work for us – you work with us, and you are part of shaping what RUNA becomes.
