And do you thrive in managing administrative tasks? We’re looking for a driven Operations Admin to join our team and help keep things running smoothly as we continue to grow!
What You'll Do:
Product & Production Management:
Manage product information in our database, aligning data across systems like Shopify, Fortnox, and WMS Ongoing.
Handle the admin tasks around new products and bundles
Create Purchase Orders, communicate with suppliers, and keep production planning up to date.
Logistics:
Manage shipment information, update colleagues and the warehouse, and maintain a clear and structured documentation trail
Follow up on incoming deliveries, investigate discrepancies, and process all relevant documentation in Fortnox.
Finance:
Support end-of-month bookkeeping tasks, including processing marketplace documentation, booking invoices, handling errors, and checking stock value reports.
Work with warehousing invoices to ensure they’re processed and verified accurately.
B2B Support:
Assist the B2B team with administrative tasks like creating offers and orders.
Help with mass registration files and coordinate with the warehouse for product re-handling and shipments.

What We're Looking For:
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves tackling varied tasks, and enjoys collaborating with a supportive team. Experience with Fortnox, Shopify, and/or warehouse management systems is a plus, but a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn are what matter most!
What You'll Need:
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills: You're able to manage multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly.
Attention to detail: You can spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy, whether it's in product data, logistics, or finance.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with systems like Fortnox, Shopify, and WMS Ongoing is a plus, but being quick to learn new tools is key.
Great communication skills: You’ll be liaising with various teams, suppliers, and warehouses, so clear communication is essential. Your verbal and written communication skills in English are excellent, Swedish is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset: You can think on your feet and handle challenges as they arise, especially in logistics and finance tasks.
Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues across different areas of the business.
Proactive attitude: You're always ready to jump in and help where needed, showing initiative and ownership in your work.
