Assay Development NGS, in the Highplex department within RnD, has the main responsibility to develop immunoassays for Olink's Highplex products and to evaluate assay performance throughout development projects. The team is highly involved in new product introduction projects (“NPI projects), which are carried out with members from other departments.
We are now looking to hire an R&D Tech Lead who is responsible for leading product design and development activities within a cross-functional NPI project team in accordance with the Thermo Fisher Project Commercialization model. The role ensures that customer requirements are translated into robust product requirementsand that design outputs meet defined specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Drive the execution, coordination, and integration of product design activities performed by the R&D Extended team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
