This position will require technical skills. We expect you to have practical experience of leading different types of development projects, such as web development. You have probably gathered this experience through working a few years as a Lead Developer, System Architect.
As a person you are confident with leading developers, graphic designers, testers, partners and clients through both requirements and development phases. It involves working with requirements definition, design, architecture, project and resource plans. We prefer that you have an ability and willingness to, if necessary, help in the actual system development.
We prefer that you have:
At least 3 years work of practical or technical project management and system architecture.
Excellent communication skills.
Natural leadership skills and an easy going personality.
The ability to apply both an in-depth detailed view and a general business overview.
