We are looking for a Medical Advisor to join our Nordic Medical Affairs team. Working from our Copenhagen office (Nordic HQ - three (3) days per week.
As the medical and scientific expert within your therapeutic area, you will provide strategic medical leadership, collaborate across functions and build strong external partnerships to support evidence-based decision making and better patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the local medical strategy and medical plan in alignment with regional and global objectives.

Provide scientific and clinical expertise to cross-functional colleagues throughout the product lifecycle.

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, key experts and relevant external stakeholders.

Deliver high-quality scientific communication, medical education and training to internal and external audiences.

Generate, interpret and share actionable medical insights to support strategy, evidence generation and patient care.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Scientist or Life Sciences professional in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science industry.
- Strong scientific and clinical expertise, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information.

Experience engaging credibly and compliantly with healthcare professionals and external experts.

Good understanding of clinical research, pharmaceutical regulations and industry codes of practice.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
