In this role, you will help shape how Telia builds critical capabilities, closes skills gaps, and enables transformation across the Nordics & Baltics.

- Develop practical skills-based frameworks, taxonomies, and capability models that can be applied across the business
- Drive internal mobility and reskilling initiatives by defining pathways for priority capabilities and informing build vs. buy decisions
- Use people data and workforce insights to support decision-making, prioritization, and follow-up on key talent risks
- Partner closely with Talent Management, Learning, and People Partners to turn workforce strategy into aligned execution
What will help you thrive in this role:
You combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and know how to move from analysis to action in complex, cross-functional environments.
