You will work in a research group with practical laboratory techniques which will include cell culturing, immunological assays, animal experiments and high-technology laboratory techniques.
You should have a master in life sciences with a specialization in immunology, as well as experience from immunological wet-lab techniques including cell culture, flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. Work in industry is meritious.

The position is located within the Department of Medicine, Solna. The department consists of ten divisions and each division consists of several research groups. The position is located within the research group led by Professor Susanne Gabrielsson, Division of Immunology and Respiratory Medicine. The group studies naturally occurring nanovesicles known as exosomes, or extracellular vesicles (EVs). EVs serve as biological messengers that transfer information between cells and are being investigated as mediators of disease, biomarkers, and therapeutic tools.
