We are looking for a Growth Marketer (HubSpot and Growth Ops) to build and develop the engine behind our growth. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, data quality, attribution, and performance reporting.
You will work closely with Marketing and Revenue to ensure our lead to pipeline process is clear, measurable, and scalable, and that decisions are made based on reliable data.
You are a positive, self-driven person who enjoys taking ownership and building things from scratch. Experience from a SaaS environment is a plus. You have hands-on experience with HubSpot, and you enjoy building automated processes and flows that make marketing operations scalable. You are fluent in English.
Own and develop HubSpot end to end (workflows, segmentation, lifecycle logic, lead scoring, lists, reporting)
Build and continuously improve automated nurture journeys that help move leads through the funnel
Strengthen our tracking and attribution setup, including UTM governance, so we can trust the numbers
Build dashboards and recurring performance follow-ups that make it clear what drives pipeline impact
Improve the handoff between Marketing and Sales (routing, SLAs, feedback loops)
Work with structured optimization and experimentation to improve results over time
Contribute to organic growth by improving SEO fundamentals and building our approach to AEO (AI search optimization), so Mediaflow is discoverable in both search engines and AI generated answers
You have hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools, and you enjoy combining structure, data, and problem solving
Experience from a SaaS environment is a plus (not required)
You have worked across multiple markets or in an international growth context
You are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and commercial teams
You like making complex flows and data understandable for others
You have a solid understanding of SEO, and curiosity for how search is changing through AI, including AEO
