About the Role:
You’ll bridge the gap between Gilion’s customers and our AI-driven analytics products. You will be building tools and services that make customers’ data accessible to an Analytics platform and AI agents for advanced credit and business analysis. In this role, you’ll also be spending time engaging directly with customers - onboarding them to our platform, ensuring their data quality, and making sure their integration is smooth and scalable as we grow.
Lead customer onboarding from a technical perspective - guiding setup, integration, and data mapping and creating scalable solutions.
Ensure high-quality, structured customer data that meets analysis requirements.
Use and develop internal tools to clean, transform, and enrich data
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to build and improve data transformation tools and semantic layers.
Work with AI agent orchestration (e.g. develop MCPs) to ensure agents have the right data and context to perform automated analyses.
Strong understanding of data processing and integration
Experience in backend development for building data transformation scripts/services.
Strong interest in working with AI
Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
