Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Nordic Tender Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective end to end management of Local Tenders for a unique scope of countries ensuring full tracking and coordination between the different functions/departments; leading a limited number of tender specialists, ensuring the successful execution of tender processes for our company's products and services in the Nordic region and will play a key role in driving business growth and maximizing revenue through effective tender management strategies.
Responsibilities

Lead and coach a group of Tender & Contract Specialists, providing regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Proactively manage work patterns and staffing levels to avoid backlog.

Monitor tender performance, providing regular reports and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Actively involve in the prioritization processes and tender intake.

Drive adherence to the Tender project management process.

Support the development of Gene AI for tenders and provide content for the centralized library.

Be actively involved in the recruitment and New Hire onboarding processes, ensuring that the best talent is brought into the organization. Updating work instructions/workflows to support tender activities.

Develop and maintain a positive work environment, encouraging dignity and respect for all team members.
Tender Responsibilities

Effectively manage and coordinate designated Tender projects

Use all available tools and templates for Tender project management.

Maintain a database of upcoming, pending, and past Tender responses and analyze Tender success rate

Build strong connections with Key Stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and meet deadlines.

Ensure compliance with legal and customer requirements for tender submission.

Upload documentation and work within customer-specific portals as needed.

Lead project debriefings, analyzing any issues or problems that occurred during the course of a project and applying lessons learned to the next proposal.

Provide assistance with customer and internal presentations.

Deliver Training to the sales team on the Tender processes.
Qualifications

Strong motivation in supervising a team of people.

Open and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others to the completion of tasks.

Proven ability to independently take ownership of initiatives and drive execution.

Ability to manage change effectively.

Experience in tender administration in the Nordic regions.

Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel & any data manipulation tools.
-
Fluency in Swedish and English, proficiency in an additional Nordic language is desirable.

Travel not to exceed 5%.
