Your role
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 pursuits end-to-end, from shaping early opportunities to closing deals
- Building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline through proactive market engagement and opportunity development
- Structuring and driving deals with strong leadership, clear storyline, and coordination of internal experts
- Delivering high-quality, value-based proposals with strong commercial discipline and competitive positioning
- Driving net-new business and contributing to growth beyond the existing client base
Your profile
- Proven consultative sales experience in enterprise applications or business transformation services, with a strong track record of closing deals
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and how to position solutions for business outcomes (ERP/CRM, cloud, adoption)
- Strong pipeline generation capability and ability to progress early-stage opportunities
- Demonstrated deal leadership skills and experience working in structured governance and sales processes
- Professional fluency in Swedish and English
Note: Experience with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Power Platform), co-sell models with Microsoft, and mid-market sales motions is highly meritorious.
