About the role
As Purchasing Coordinator, you'll work closely with our buyers and help ensure that the entire purchasing process runs efficiently — from order placement to delivery. You'll drive coordination, follow up on processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate the purchasing process together with buyers.

We're looking for someone who

Has experience in purchasing, supply chain, or similar.

Is analytical and structured.

Thrives in a coordinating role with many points of contact.

Has strong systems proficiency, ideally with ERP systems and Excel.

Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
