Position Overview
As a Cost & Value Engineer, you will play a key role embedded in our product development teams, helping ensure our products are both cost-efficient and sustainable. You will work closely with engineering, product owners, and sourcing teams across the global organization, providing clear cost and climate insights that support everyday decisions. You will act as a hands-on partner who helps teams understand trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and move forward with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:

Support product development teams with cost and climate insights throughout the product lifecycle,

Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to align on cost assumptions and priorities,

Contribute in agile ceremonies by providing practical, decision-ready input,

Help teams understand trade-offs between design, cost, and sustainability,

Develop and maintain should-cost models and CO₂ impact assessments for components and manufacturing processes,

Identify and quantify opportunities for cost reduction and sustainability improvements,

Recommend alternative materials and manufacturing methods to improve value,
-
Facilitate value engineering discussions and workshops when needed,

Bring structure and clarity to cost-related topics in fast-moving agile product development.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent,
-
5-10 years experience within product development or manufacturing,
-
Good knowledge of production & supply chain,
-
Good knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods and technical drawings,
-
Fluency in English (both spoken and written),
-
Previous experience in Cost Management and Carbon footprint is a merit.
