As part of the New Sales department, you are responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and delivering the right products and services to customers. This role requires sales expertise, communication skills and product knowledge to achieve sales goals and increase revenue.
This is what you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and contacting potential new customers. Work with set activity levels to conduct sales presentations, present terms and conditions, and close sales before the customer is handed over to Customer Success. This involves both long-term and short-term sales processes.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to customize solutions/products, develop in-depth product knowledge to be able to provide guidance and information to customers.
- Explaining product benefits and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Working proactively to create interest in Hubexo products.
- Recording and reporting sales activities, including customer contacts, sales forecasts and revenue reports.
- Logging all activity in the CRM system. Follow set guidelines and work methodology at all times.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate efforts and achieve common goals. You are responsible for your own individual budget, as well as taking part in a joint responsibility for the team for team goals.
About you:
- Proven track record in B2B/B2C new business sales, with experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
- Hands-on experience with sales presentations and contract negotiations, including explaining terms and conditions in a customer-focused manner.
- Strong background in CRM system use (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), ensuring structured follow-up, reporting, and pipeline management.
Candidates who can commute to either of our offices in Ljusdal or Hudiksvall will be preferred.
