The Specialist – Business Analysis role is suited for a Business Consultant with 2–5 years of relevant experience. The position focuses on contributing to projects and programs through strong process and functional expertise, often linked to IT solutions and process/IT implementations.
The role spans all phases of business consulting engagements—from pre-studies to implementation—supporting change initiatives by applying best practices and domain knowledge.
- Contribute to business consulting projects with process and/or functional expertise
- Support IT solutions and process/IT implementation initiatives
- Participate across all project phases, from pre-studies to implementation
- Apply best practices to support business transformation and change initiatives
- Work independently with general supervision
- Address problems that are challenging but not highly complex
- Influence stakeholders within the job area through clear explanation of facts, policies, and practices
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or business consulting
- Practical, hands-on knowledge gained through education and professional experience
- Strong understanding of business processes and functional analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams
- Good communication skills to explain concepts, policies, and practices clearly
