What you will do

As Pharmaceutical Sales Representative this means working with a portfolio of trusted brands that healthcare professionals already know and rely on. Your role is not just to promote products, but to act as a knowledgeable partner, supporting HCPs with relevant insights, education, and solutions that truly add value in their daily work. By building strong relationships and understanding customer needs, you play a key role in bringing these brands to life in the field and making a real difference for both healthcare professionals and patients

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HCPs (pharmacists, physicians, dentists, etc.)

Act as a trusted advisor by delivering high-quality product information and educational sessions

Deliver effective and high-quality product presentations and educational sessions.

Plan and execute local HCP meetings and educational events

Identify customer needs and tailor your approach to create value

Take ownership of your territory and contribute to achieving sales and market share goals

Capture and share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities

Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
-
Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and commercial teams to align activities and campaigns

Contribute to the development and execution of local account and HCP plans
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or similar
-
Experience in pharma, OTC, or healthcare-related sales
-
LIF certification (or other equivalent educational background)
-
Good understanding of compliance and industry regulations
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Fluency in Swedish and English
-
Willingness to travel within your region
