As our AI Product Owner / AI Solution Developer, you will play a key role in industrializing AI across the organization.
You will primarily take ownership of validated concepts, requirements, and prototypes and transform them into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions. You will work close to the Emerging Technologies function, which drives ideation, exploration, and early validation, while you focus on execution, productization, and lifecycle management.
This is a strongly hands-on role, combining technical development with product ownership. You will build, integrate, deploy, and continuously improve AI solutions, ensuring they deliver sustained business value over time.
You will:
Take AI use cases from validated concept or PoC to production
Design, build, and maintain AI agents, workflows, and automations
Integrate AI capabilities with existing systems, APIs, and business platforms
Own and manage the product lifecycle, including backlog, prioritization, and continuous improvement
Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, compliant, and maintainable
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, tech teams, and Emerging Technologies

You combine technical execution with product thinking, and you care about both how solutions are built and how they perform over time.
Have hands-on experience building AI solutions, agents, automations, or internal tools
Have worked with modern AI platforms and tooling, such as n8n, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI or similar
Have experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and business systems
Are comfortable taking a solution from requirements or PoC to production and ongoing management
Have experience with product ownership, including backlog management and iterative development
Are skilled in creating practical, scalable, and maintainable solutions
Thrive in environments where execution, speed, and quality must be balanced
Experience with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and architectures
Experience with lightweight scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
working in retail, QSR, or multi-unit environments
Collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams

This is a Nordic role with flexibility in where you are based. The position can be based in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, or Helsinki. As this is a cross-Nordic role, some travel should be expected.
