About the Role:
You will join a team of Project and Portfolio Managers leading software and electronics development within Function & Software Defined Vehicle (FSDV). We deliver advanced solutions across multiple business areas and divisions, shaping the future of transport through software-defined capabilities.Our environment is collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced, bringing together engineering expertise from across the organization to deliver impactful, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills. You excel at building trust, aligning stakeholders, and bringing teams together around shared objectives.
You are comfortable working in dynamic environments where priorities evolve, and you can translate complexity into structure and actionable direction.
Key qualifications and competencies:
Broad technical understanding across multiple domains within the transportation industry
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with strong delivery outcomes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide high-performing, diverse teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to structure complex information into clear plans and decisions
Confidence in addressing challenges and driving resolution in complex settings
Strong risk management skills in dynamic project environments
Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent academic background (PMP certification is a plus)
Experience in autonomous systems or active safety is advantageous
Knowledge of ISO 26262 is considered a strong merit
