We are now looking for an Influencer Marketing Operations Executive to join our Influencer Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Influencer Marketing Specialists and Managers, supporting influencer campaigns with structured administration, financial coordination, and organized project wrap-ups.
You’ll play a key role in compiling campaign documents, tracking financial details, and keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. You are detail-oriented, confident with numbers, and strong in administration – with a genuine interest in marketing and the influencer landscape.

Act as a central support function within the influencer team, ensuring smooth coordination and documentation across campaigns

Maintain and organize campaign materials such as SOWs (Scope of Work), performance recaps, proof of performance files, post logs, and budget overviews

Track project numbers and support with PO (purchase order) creation and invoice handling in coordination with the finance team

Coordinate administrative follow-ups and ensure campaign documents are finalized, structured, and archived properly

Support—but do not lead—influencer reporting or campaign summaries (these are developed by the influencer specialists); your role is to ensure the materials are complete, organized, and accessible

Keep internal files and trackers up to date, serving as the team’s operational “spider in the web” to ensure structure and flow

Post-secondary education in economics, marketing, administration, or a related field

A structured and detail-focused mindset with a passion for clear processes and good documentation

Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken

Comfortable working in Excel and with financial tracking tools

Curious about influencer marketing and motivated to work close to campaigns, even if your primary focus is operational and administrative

A solution-oriented team player who contributes to overall campaign delivery and team success
