You’re experienced enough to know what great prospecting looks like, and curious enough to keep refining it. You’re competitive, thoughtful, and you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
You have:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (ideally SaaS or tech)
A strong ability to research, prioritize, and engage senior stakeholders
Proven success hitting or exceeding targets in a structured sales environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Swedish and English
A results-driven mindset, combined with intellectual curiosity and a growth mentality
A background in CRM, SaaS, or solution-oriented sales is a plus. More important is your ability to think strategically, execute with precision, and contribute to a winning team.

You’ll be building relationships with senior decision-makers, crafting compelling outreach, and shaping the very first impression of Upsales.
