Main area of responsibilities
Ensure that material, products and services are provided on time and according to specifications and best costs within project budget.
Maintain a relationship with suppliers to enable a smooth and efficient supply in projects.
Role priorities
Purchasing
- Buy material and components fulfilling specifications with associated services, structured at most value for money, risk mitigated in relation to project requirements
- Secure purchases and deliveries are executed in line with project plans and fully support the progress of the projects.
- Main contact interface between suppliers and CPS project organization in all aspects, Contribute the purchasing team to develop and maintain the information platform of our suppliers and the products.
Logistic
- Execute transport as order freight, packing list, custom invoice.
- Take care of project documentation internal/external in our customers portal.
Authority & Control
- In detail the authorities are defined in CPS documented Authority rules
- Act with best for the projects and CPS generally, and act in line with CPS Policies, relevant legislation and with best for CPS.
Requirements
- Technical or business background – (B.Eng and MBA or equivalent)
- Commercial experience and mindset striving for project efficiency
- High focus on results and target oriented with a business mindset.
- structured mindset to make correct prioritizations when required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supplier development with complex products and services
- Experience of similar project purchasing
- Fluent in English and local language Swedish both writing and speaking, business English is meriting.
