Om rollen
Som Ställare arbetar du i produktionen med våra CNC‑styrda maskiner. Du ställer, justerar och kör maskinerna samt säkerställer att produktionen flyter på och håller rätt kvalitet. Arbetet innefattar bland annat djuphålsborrning, automatsvarvning, CNC bearbetning, enklare justeringar, verktygsbyten och löpande kontroll av detaljer.
Du jobbar tätt tillsammans med kollegor i produktionen och bidrar till ett bra flöde i det dagliga arbetet.
Din profil
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av CNC‑bearbetning eller liknande industriarbete. Du är praktiskt lagd, noggrann och trivs i en roll där du får arbeta nära maskiner och produktion. Erfarenhet av att korta ställtider enligt principer som SMED är meriterande.

CNC Setter / Machine Setter to Lövstjärnan Fabriks AB

Lövstjärnan Fabriks AB is a growing company where production is at the core. We have invested in brand-new, top-of-the-line machinery featuring the latest technology and continue to expand. We are now looking for a CNC Setter / Machine Setter to join our operations.
About the role
As a CNC Setter, you will work in production with our CNC-controlled machines. You will set up, adjust, and operate the machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly and maintains the required quality standards. The role includes deep-hole drilling, automatic turning, CNC machining, minor adjustments, tool changes, and ongoing inspection of components.
You will work closely with your colleagues in production, contributing to an efficient and well-functioning daily workflow.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience in CNC machining or similar industrial work. You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a role where you work close to machines and production. Experience in reducing setup times according to principles such as SMED is an advantage.
