Visimind AB specializes in the documentation and digitalization of infrastructure. We provide high-quality data, software, and digital models for power lines and other critical infrastructure, including aerial imagery, LiDAR data, 3D CAD models, and PLS-CADD models.
Our operations are primarily based in Europe, with offices in Sweden and Poland. Our customers are mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, where we help create the foundation for planning, maintenance, and asset management.
About the Position
Over the coming years, Visimind will carry out several major projects across the Nordic countries and Germany. These projects involve the documentation of power lines, roads, and forest areas through advanced data collection using helicopters, drones, LiDAR technology, and aerial imaging.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will serve as a key contact person for our German customers and partners. The primary focus of the role is to maintain strong customer relationships, lead regular technical discussions, and ensure that customer requirements are clearly communicated and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, and field teams while acting as the bridge between customers and internal project resources. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clients, is comfortable discussing technical topics, and can coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
The position combines office-based work with occasional field visits and regular travel within the Nordic region and Germany.
Qualifications
- Technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, programming, or a related field
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written
- Good English communication skills
- Basic Swedish skills or a willingness to learn
- Category B driver's license
- Good computer skills
- Willingness to travel within the Nordic countries and Germany

Salary
Fixed salary with a fieldwork allowance.
