Want to help Swedish businesses unlock the financing they need to grow — and build a category-defining company while you do it?
Krea is on a mission to build the largest procurement platform in Northern Europe. Since 2018 we've helped 30,000 small businesses access more than SEK 3 billion in financing. We're profitable, founder-led, and the market leader in Sweden — backed by Roosgruppen, ExM Invest, and a handful of angel investors.
Now we're scaling our fastest-growing segment: Advisory, up +80% in volume YTD in 2026. We're looking for a driven, sales-oriented Credit Associate to help larger business customers secure working capital and real estate financing from SEK 2–100 million.
Why this role is different
You'll join a tight team of 3 advisors where your work has direct, visible impact. This is a hands-on, sales-focused role — you'll own the top of the funnel and see deals through end to end. High effort, high ownership, real upside.
Role description
Book client meetings: Contact old customers, leads and potential new customers to introduce Krea’s offering and book meetings.
Deal sourcing: Identify and assess new credit cases and hold initial meetings with customers to inquire about their financing needs.
Analyse: Prepare presentation on behalf of customers and if required liquidity forecasts (in Excel).
Execution: Help customers to find the right financing solution for their business, by supporting them along the entire process from application to paid out.
Relationship management: Build a base of recurring customers.
The environment at Krea
In order to thrive at Krea you should want to be part of building a company. We request you to take full ownership, but you will also be supported by colleagues that have a lot of experience from the industry. In this role you will work closely with our Customer Success team and the Commercial team to ensure that we attract the right deals.
We want you to be extremely candid and always speak up, without compromise.
At Krea we believe that the group is far smarter than any individual, independent of age, race, gender or seniority. To ensure that the best ideas and solutions win, we oblige all team members to speak their mind and share opinions without compromise whenever they don’t agree. This is our strongest common value for people at the company.
Requirements
