About Us
At Lolo we're building programmable network infrastructure. Our platform gives enterprises, OEMs, and device manufacturers full control over data, devices, and connectivity, powering use cases like OTA, data fencing, and fleet operations.
Since our start in 2019, we’ve built a global customer base spanning North America, Europe, and Asia. We’re a tight-knit team that values ownership over titles, learning over ego, and collaboration without drama. From our Stockholm HQ, just minutes from Globen, we work hard, and make sure to have fun along the way.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a pragmatic, high-energy, self-driven, and proactive person who enjoys taking initiative and helping wherever needed. You will work across several areas of the business, where structure, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership will be key to success.
You should have a high school diploma (gymnasieexamen), and some previous experience in a service-oriented role is an advantage. However, a long CV is not what matters most to us. We value drive, a positive attitude, responsibility, and genuine care for making things run smoothly.
This is a junior, part-time position and a great opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in an engaging and varied role. The position is initially 50%, with the possibility to increase the scope in the future as the needs of the business develop.
What we can offer
- Impact without politics – We’re still small enough that every line you configure matters, but large enough to run a truly global platform with innovative, global customers.
- Autonomy & trust – Come with ideas and ability to execute; leave bureaucracy at the door. Pragmatism is a quality we appreciate in our colleagues.
- Well-being first – 30 days vacation, health insurance, 5.000 SEK wellness benefit and generous pension plan with the option for salary conversion.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of office operations to keep the workplace running seamlessly, including:
- Managing deliveries, food, snacks, and office supplies.
- Coordinating in- and outgoing post and couriers.
- Maintaining key vendor relationships, particularly with our landlord and cleaning firm.
- Ensuring the office provides a top-notch first impression for all visitors.
- Assisting and organising events and initiatives that build culture and engagement
- Coordinating schedules and managing bookings (e.g., travel, accommodation).
- Overseeing expense management, including processing and submitting receipts and managing general office-related invoicing.
Requirements
- Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously while keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- A people-oriented person who enjoys creating a positive, welcoming, and enjoyable workplace experience.
- Self-driven and independent, with the ability to take ownership, initiate tasks, drive them forward, and see them through to seamless completion without requiring supervision or follow-up.
- Experienced in supporting events from start to finish, including preparation, on-site support during the event, and follow-up afterwards.
- Comfortable supporting food preparation and hosting activities in an outdoor kitchen during the summer, including pizza, BBQ, and other informal gatherings.
- Experienced in using Google Workspace for email, calendars, documents, communication, and day-to-day administration.
- Skilled at creating professional and visually appealing written materials and documents.
- Highly proficient in both written and verbal English. A good command of Swedish is also required due to the local nature of office operations.
- Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, including administrative support for senior leadership.
