The Swedish National Genomics Infrastructure is looking for a postdoctoral researcher for a project aiming to leverage state-of-the-art genomics to study links between gene regulatory variants, chromatin organization and transcription. The project will combine hands-on genomics, technology development and computational biology.
The project will be conducted at the interphase between the National Genomics Infrastructure and the research groups of Professor Tuuli Lappalainen and Associate professor Robert Månsson. This bring together, state-of-the-art genomics platforms, international forefront of functional genomics, molecular biology and experimental hematology.
Requirements

A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree. This eligibility requirement must be met no later than the time the employment decision is made.

Research expertise in genomics, molecular or cell biology, genetics or an equivalent field.

Prior expertise in genomics or molecular cell biology laboratory techniques.

Ability to analyze large-scale genomics data.

Collaborative abilities.

Independence.

Strong publication record.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications

A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree, obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline
