As
Project Sales & Service Manager, you play a key role in driving profitable growth by leading our project-focused sales and service business. By leading Camfil Svenska AB’s project-oriented sales and service activities within the integrated Sales & Marketing organization, you’ll shape how we sell, deliver, and scale projects and services — turning opportunities into long‑term customer value.
You lead and develop an experienced team of eight, ensuring scalability and capability to support an ambitious annual growth. In this role you’ll have a strategic responsibility to develop and scale our service offering, including defining strategy, commercial models and establishing strategic partnerships with external service companies. This is a hands-on leadership role where your commercial mindset and people leadership directly influence Camfil’s success.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop the Project Sales & Service team to deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Build organizational capacity, structure, and capabilities to support 25% annual growth.
- Own project sales and service pipeline management: lead generation, opportunity qualification, progression, forecast accuracy, and balanced quote stock.
- Own pipeline coverage and continuous improvement of quote conversion.
- Drive value‑based selling, pricing discipline, and margin protection in all project and service offers.
- Define, develop, and implement Camfil Svenska AB’s Service strategy, including service portfolio, pricing models, delivery concepts, and SLAs.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with external service companies to complement internal capabilities and enable scalable service delivery.
- Ensure efficient, standardized sales and service processes with high CRM data quality and disciplined ways of working.

Collaborate closely with Marketing to convert leads into qualified project and service opportunities and maximize campaign ROI.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- 5+ years proven leadership experience within B2B, project‑oriented technical sales and/or service organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop senior and experienced teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in project pricing, margin management, forecasting, and growth planning.
- Experience building and scaling service offerings, including development of business models and external partnerships.
- Solid understanding of project business, service delivery, and contractual/commercial conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage structured sales pipelines using CRM systems.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and EMEA solution experts.
- Strong coaching mindset with the ability to drive performance, change, and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly at all organizational levels.
