Join CHIMI as a Warehouse Employee for a 3-month period (August-October) and become a key part of our operations team during an exciting and busy season. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure that our products are received, handled, and shipped with accuracy and care to customers and stores worldwide.
You’ll work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in logistics and supply chain operations while contributing directly to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming goods, including unloading, checking deliveries, and reporting discrepancies
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure correct labeling, documentation, and handover of shipments to carriers
Handle returns by inspecting, sorting, and processing items according to guidelines
Maintain warehouse organization, including stock allocation, replenishment, and inventory support
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-structured at all times
Support daily operations by identifying improvements and reporting any issues or delays
Collaborate closely with the warehouse team and follow established processes and instructions
Requirements:
Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Candidates must currently reside in Sweden and hold a valid work permit
Basic physical fitness (ability to lift, carry, and move goods)
Good attention to detail
Willingness to learn, update and follow warehouse procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctuality and reliability
Basic computer/scanner handling skills
