Her Name is Kim is an independent, cozy Korean home-style restaurant located in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. We take pride in serving authentic, comforting flavors, and we are now looking for our very first full-time Chef to help lead the kitchen and grow with us for the long term.
[Our Vibe & Rhythm]
Our restaurant has two different rhythms. Lunch is fast-paced with screen ordering and self-service. Dinner is all about warm hospitality and thoughtful table service.
[Your Role]
You will work closely with Kim (Founder & Head Chef) and be involved in:
Daily kitchen operations and high-quality food preparation
Cooking and executing the menu smoothly through both fast-paced lunches and hospitable evenings
Ordering, stock control, and inventory management
Maintaining strict hygiene and kitchen safety standards
Contributing ideas to improve kitchen systems and workflows
[We’re looking for someone who]
- Has 3+ years of professional kitchen experience (or a culinary school degree)
- No prior experience with Korean cuisine is required! A strong culinary foundation, passion for food, and a willingness to learn are what we value most.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to different service styles
- Is a positive, reliable, and proactive team player who doesn't mind interacting with guests
- Has the legal right to work in Sweden (Required)
- Is available full-time with a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
