We are hiring Senior Full Stack Developer (Level 4) for Sweden.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer will design, develop, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and cloud-native applications that support fraud detection, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), sanctions screening, and other financial crime prevention initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, security teams, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that meet regulatory, security, and operational excellence standards.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Full-Stack & Microservices Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable distributed systems and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, React, and TypeScript.
Cloud-Native Infrastructure & DevOps: Build, operate, and optimize cloud-native applications utilizing containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), event-driven streaming (Apache Kafka), in-memory caching (Redis), and modern CI/CD or DevSecOps practices.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Apache Kafka and Redis event-driven architectures.
- Strong experience in building RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, automated testing, and code quality practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management).
- Good understanding of IT Risk Management, security controls, audit requirements, and compliance.
- Experience integrating AI/ML services, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
