What’s in it for you:
Trane is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Data Center projects in Finland. In this role, you will oversee end‑to‑end project execution, acting as the primary customer contact and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. You will manage communication, technical alignment, equipment logistics, onsite readiness, and risk mitigation to achieve successful outcomes in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments.
What you will do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and develop strong, trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Contractor and other onsite partners.
-
Manage the flow of information between stakeholders, ensuring communication is accurate, timely, and well‑coordinated
-
Ensure all information requests (RFIs, technical queries, documentation needs) are routed to the correct internal teams and responded to promptly.

Oversee technical resources to ensure the FSR (Field Service Representative) is supporting all phases of project delivery.

Liaise closely with the equipment coordinator regarding manufacturing progress, lead times, and any risks to schedule
-
Ensure Equipment coordinator manages on time delivery of chillers and other major equipment to meet project milestones, escalating as needed.

Manage the scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination for factory witness tests of those units scheduled to be tested.

Conduct forward planning of activities to ensure warranty work is scheduled and completed efficiently, managing any customer snag list in parallel

Involve sales for quotes for work outside the contract scope, including variations, changes and future or ongoing maintenance services as part of lifecycle and customer‑relationship support.

Manage subcontractor availability, qualification, and scheduling to ensure adequate support for project execution.

Ensure all personnel and subcontractors meet site‑specific eligibility, safety, and compliance requirements before mobilization.

Collaborate with the Service Technical Team to resolve technical issues, plan commissioning activities, and ensure quality outcomes.

Lead regular project meetings and provide clear, consistent project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain complete and accurate project documentation including schedules, approvals, changes, logs, and closeout materials.
-
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution to maintain project timelines and objectives.
-
Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for mission‑critical/data center environments.
What you will bring:

Proven project management experience in data centers, HVAC, industrial systems, or similar technical environments.

Strong background coordinating cross‑functional teams and complex project lifecycles.

Knowledge of equipment logistics, manufacturing timelines, and site readiness best practices

Experience with commissioning, warranty processes, and field service coordination.

Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in technical or construction settings.

Ability to manage subcontractors, logistics, and eligibility requirements.

Proficiency with customer reporting tools and project documentation systems.

Strong skills in risk management, issue resolution, planning, and stakeholder communication.
