Your role
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Lead product discovery initiatives, including customer development, persona development, and qualitative and quantitative research.
- Create and drive successful product strategies from scratch, using storytelling to gain buy-in from key stakeholders across the domain.
- Collaborate with digital functions and apply product management best practices to build agile and outcome-oriented ways of working.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data, statistical analysis, and data modelling principles to inform product decisions.
- Define, measure, and track success through OKRs, KPIs, and other relevant performance metrics.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Discovery, Product Ownership, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
- Experience working in agile organizations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making.
- A relevant university degree or equivalent experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Experience from the retail industry is considered a strong advantage.
