About this vacancy

We are strengthening TMC Stockholm and are looking for a Business Manager with full business responsibility. In this role, you drive the business from the first contact to long-term collaboration and work closely with employeneurs to ensure the right project, the right client, and sustainable development. With us, there is a clear sales process, clear goals, and high expectations. Within that framework, you have significant autonomy. We don't dictate how you work – we care about what you deliver.

What we expect from you

This is a role for someone who:

Drives B2B sales methodically and with a long-term perspective
relationship
Builds trust at the decision-making level
Works closely with employeneurs and ensures that projects align with both business and career goals
Has full responsibility for your team – including development and recruitment
Drives yourself without the need for micromanagement
Thrive in building rather than managing
Has an entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset
Experience from consulting or professional services companies is an advantage, especially in roles close to complex client deliveries
We assume that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
