Freelance Graphic Designer (Consultant)
We are looking for a talented and reliable Freelance Graphic Designer to support our team on a consulting basis. The ideal candidate has a strong creative portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas and brand requirements into compelling visual designs.
Initially, the focus will be on taking over, understanding, and consistently applying our existing visual identity. This will form the foundation for all ongoing design tasks. At a later stage, we would like to further develop our visual identity together and create new designs for future projects and events.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and consistently apply our existing visual identity and brand guidelines
- Work through a prioritised list of ongoing design tasks, including concert materials, menu updates, club designs, and signage
- Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels
- Create marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, brochures, and other branded content
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions
- Manage multiple design assignments, timelines, and revision rounds independently
- Prepare final, production-ready files for digital and print use
- In a later phase, contribute to the further development of our visual identity and create new event and communication designs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a freelance or consulting capacity
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and creative thinking
- Experience working with established brand identities and a strong sense of how to apply them consistently
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- A good understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet agreed deadlines
- Experience with Figma, Canva, motion design, or web design is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
Engagement Details
This is a freelance, project-based consulting role. The workload and duration may vary depending on project needs. Remote work is possible, and applications from different locations are welcome.
